“Library’s Finest” is a unique fundraising initiative designed to recognize and celebrate young leaders who are making a significant impact in our community. The “finest” will participate in a friendly competition to raise funds for the New Castle Public Library, helping us further our mission to inspire lifelong learning and fulfill the educational, recreational, and informational needs of the community.
