Love Letters – New Castle Playhouse

“Love Letters” unfolds as a captivating narrative chronicling the enduring friendship and evolving relationship between Andrew Makepeace Ladd III and Melissa Gardner. Beginning in childhood, the two characters embark on a journey through life’s triumphs and tribulations, using letters as their primary means of communication. The exchange of heartfelt, candid, and at times, poignant letters reveals the complexities of their connection, touching upon themes of love, loss, and the passage of time. From the innocence of youth to the challenges of adulthood, the letters serve as a window into the characters’ souls, allowing the audience to witness the profound impact they have on each other’s lives.
