The Taylor Township 170th Anniversary Celebration

The Taylor Township 170th Anniversary Celebration is coming up fast! Saturday, August 26th 2:30 Parade – 9:30 Fireworks Location is below the West Pittsburg playground. A parade will kick-off at 2:30 starting at the Gazebo on 11th Street near the Taylor Twp Firehall and proceed down to the Veterans Memorial where there will be a short ceremony to honor our Veterans. The festivities will follow in the area between 4th and 5th Streets, located below the playground. We will have 50/50 raffle, contest and games, children’s activities, all-day entertainment, food and craft vendors, and ending with a fireworks show!! We will be bringing back the “Best Decorated” GOLF CART/ATV/SIDE-BY-SIDE contest with CA$H PRIZE$, so get your creative juices flowing! All Contestants get to participate in the parade from the fire hall to the memorial. More info to follow closer to the date.
