Return to tradition with this Lenten season!
Lawrence County, a place prided on its history and customs, will be home to several fish fry’s this year. From February 22th (Ash Wednesday) until April 7th (Good Friday), organizations will take part in this annual tradition by holding fish fry’s of their own for the community to attend. The following list features just some of the places that you can visit with your friends and family to satisfy your cravings for fish this Lenten season.

Every Friday during lent enjoy dine-in or takeout cod fish frys for both lunch (11am-1:30pm) and supper (3:30pm-7:30pm). You can place your orders between 9am-6pm by calling 724-658-3990
Bessemer Croatian Club on 601 E Poland Ave in Bessemer
Fish Sandwiches and Dinners are offered every Friday from 11:30am until 8pm. Membership is only required to order alcohol but not required to Dine-in or Take-out. For additional information please call 724-667-8997.

Mahoning Township’s Volunteer Fire Department at 570 Jackson Street in Edinburg from February 24th – April 7th
Lunches and dinners will be offered once again this year at Mahoning Township’s Volunteer Department fish fry, a perfect opportunity to satisfy your cravings and further familiarize yourself with the community. Call 724- 667-8431 for dine-in or takeout.

Slippery Rock Volunteer Fire Department at 162 Elm Street in Slippery Rock every Friday from February 24th-April 7th, 4 pm -7 pm
